Class 47 at Hall Lane Junction, Staveley, Chesterfield around 1980. The train would have originated from Seymore Sidings and is hauling coal from one of the many collieries that were in the area at this time. The curve is taking the train to Barrow Hill and the Midland ‘old road’ to Beighton.
